Photos of Faculty and Staff

Upcoming photoshoot! This is an opportunity to get your portrait taken for the online directory and other uses. 

When:  Monday, September 17, and Tuesday, September 18
Where: Indoor and outdoor options

Monday, September 17
Indoor option: library

  • Near the old library entrance on the west side, close to the zine library
  • 8–10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

Note: Students may be studying nearby; please be respectful as you wait to be photographed.

Tuesday, September 18
Outdoor option 1

  • Northwest corner of the library, near Eliot Circle
  • 8–10:45 a.m.

Outdoor option 2

  • Bench outside of ETC/Paradox Lost
  • 3–5:30 p.m.

Late-night option for night shifts

  • Eliot Hall (main floor hallway)
  • Midnight


Photos
Your new photo will automatically replace your current online directory photo. You will not be able to select which photo is uploaded, but you can replace it at any time with a photo you prefer. The public affairs office uses these portraits for publicity purposes as well, and will provide you with access to the digital copies for your professional or personal use. Photos will be available in October.

Group shots
Photographer Nina Johnson ’99 is offering time slots on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 18 and 19, for academic departments or offices to get group photos taken. The cost for group photos will be billed to the academic department’s or office’s budget. (The individual portraits are paid for by public affairs.) Sign up If the listed options don’t work, you can email Nina directly: ninaleejohnson@me.com.
