Emiko Saraswati Susilo is Associate Director of Gamelan Cudamani and the Cudamani Institute, an internationally renowned performing ensemble and center for Balinese dance and gamelan. As a choreographer, composer, and performer, Susilo delves into questions of the contemporary world through work that is at once innovative and yet deeply rooted in the artistic and cultural traditions of Balinese and Javanese Indonesia.
