Career Assessments - MBTI Group Interpretation

MBTI: Monday, October 14, 5 to 7 p.m., Psy 102

We in The Center for Life Beyond Reed believe that a very important step in imagining, exploring and deciding about your future, starts with knowing yourself.  Who am I?  Where am I going? and How do I get there? are the questions you will be asking yourself through the career assessment process and we are pleased you want to get started.  I hope you are as excited about working with us as we are about working with you!

Please take the following steps:

1. Take the MBTI 
2. Sign up for a group session: The focus will be on how your personality and your favored ways of interacting with the world, gathering information, making decisions, and planning for your future impact your ultimate success, your contribution, and your happiness. It will be challenging, informative and fun! Also, you will receive your MBTI career report.

3. Take the Strong Interest Inventory 
4. Sign up for a group session: The focus will be on how your likes and dislikes line up with successful professionals from 135 occupations; your work and learning preferences, how to get started on your career planning by exploring majors, campus activities and engagement beyond Reed.  You will receive your Strong report.

5. Following your attendance to a MBTI and a Strong Interest Survey group interpretation you will meet one on one with a staff member to create an Action Plan that will include resources that will lead to exploration, engagement, and future work with The Center for Life Beyond Reed.
