Sponsorship Agreement
By submitting this form, I agree to sponsor the Reed College 5K FUNd Run/Walk fundraiser for neighborhood elementary schools.
I understand that Reed College will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event. I have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Reed College and any other government entities that may have jurisdiction. I hereby release and hold harmless Reed College from all liability, including, but not limited to statutes, ordinances, and any legal authority or cause, theft, personal injury, strike, public enemy, or acts of God, and to indemnify these named organizations from any damages that may arise from doing business at Reed College. Sponsor fees are nonrefundable.
