Gray Fund calendar of outdoor and cultural events is out!
A new semester of Gray Fund outdoor and cultural events and activities are defined and ready to go for staff, faculty and students. Remember all GF events are free to students, staff, and faculty and are substance/smoke free.
Do you remember the process to sign up? GF Central wants you to know so here it is:
1.Sign up at Student Activities for all GF lotteries. There are info sheets at the kiosk that give you all the details on trips, tickets and events.
2. Event lotteries are done every Wednesday 12pm prior to the event.* sometime this varies so check the calendar for details
2. Lotteries for the next week events go up the a week prior to the event at noon, so sign up early so you don't forget.
3. Once the lottery happens GF interns will communicate with you whether you were chosen or on a alternate list. This email will have details on the event. YOU MUST OPT IN to the event.
4. After you are confirmed all you have to do is follow the email instructions and then enjoy the trip! Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
GF super hint: If you really want to sign go on a trip but weren't chosen? Show up at the van at the appropriate time and sometimes a spot is available.
