Contemporary art professors Jane Chin Davidson (Reed class of 2001) and Alpesh Kantilal Patel will lead a discussion of their work with comments by Amellia Jones, their former doctoral adviser, on queer, feminist, South Asian, and Chinese visualities, which draws upon Jones’ phenomenological approach to identity.
