Rain-fAR-est vs. rain-fOR-est

Right at the beginning of the reel a teacher says rainforest [reɪnfɑɹəst] and one of their students says: rain-fOR-est [reɪnfɔɹəst] not rain-fAR-est. Thought it was cool that the student caught that difference in pronunciation! [Published on 02-01-2024]
