Emotionality differences between a native and foreign language: theoretical implications

This study goes into the perception of someone's native vs. learned languages-- specifically, it finds that multilingual people tend to find speaking their native language more emotionally charged than their learned one, even though all languages are equally capable of expressing emotion (albeit in different ways).
