This Jackie Chan interview provides another example of Hong Kong English. I especially notice the morphosyntactic features of the variety, like lack of copula "be" and the lack of -s/-ed tense/plurality suffixes. These features are likely influenced by Cantonese, which doesn't have conjugations or plural nouns like English.
