Talk timing
The 30-minute talks will be followed by 10-minutes of discussion and the 15-minute talks will be followed by 5-minutes of discussion. Please plan your talks accordingly.
A/V equipment and recommendations
A projecter, screen, speakers, laser pointer, and associated A/V cables will be available for general use. A laptop (mac) will also be available for general use, however, presenters are encouraged to use their own laptops to present their slides. If your laptop requires special adaptor cables for projection, please bring these with you. If you plan to present any video or sound files, we recommend using your own laptop.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your talk session to test out the A/V equipment and allow time for trouble shooting. You are also welcome to test out the equipment before or after any of the talk sessions.
