Care Team Referral

The Reed Care Team seeks to proactively coordinate resources and support for students who may be experiencing personal or academic issues that interfere with their ability to be successful at the college.

Anyone can refer a student to the Care Team, including faculty, staff, students, parents/families, and others who observe concerns or think that a student might benefit from additional resources and support. Information submitted to the Care Team will be treated with the utmost discretion, and in the interest of the student’s and community’s safety. Visit the Care Team FAQ page for more information.

Referrals are reviewed during normal business hours and are not monitored after hours, on weekends, or during official college holidays. During the academic year, Reed College is open Monday–Friday from 8:30am–5pm, unless otherwise noted on the academic calendar. If this is an emergency that involves an imminent risk of harm to self or others, please call Reed Community Safety at 503-788-6666 or 911.
