Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator
The Social Media/Graphic Design Coordinator will create and post regular content for the departments social media accounts as well as design dynamic and visibly exciting posters and graphics that promote events sponsored by the Office for Student Engagement. Application open through September 19th at 11:59 p.m.

OSE Social Justice & Education Fund Intern
The Office for Student Engagement (OSE) is deeply committed to providing equitable programming, resources and opportunities for all students in the Reed community. One vital goal of this internship is to gain a deeper understanding of how disability directly impacts students and their engagement with the resources that OSE and student clubs and organizations provide. The intern will maintain a strong focus on the design, organization and intentionality of space, both physical and virtual, and provide insight into how OSE can better accommodate disability in its offerings to students and the Reed community.

Program Assistant 

The Program Assistants will research, plan and implement student engagement events and programs centered on creating connections with peers and fostering a sense of belonging to the campus community. Program possibilities include a monthly student musician/artist showcase, open mic nights, movie screenings, seasonal and holiday-centered events, and the Student Engagement Fair.

Gray Fund


Gray Fund Coordinator 
As a Gray Fund Coordinator, you will contribute to programming efforts by planning and implementing on-campus programs, off-campus excursions, trips, weekend events, and guest speakers that will engage students, faculty, and staff. As a result of this work, you will gain significant programming, event management, and leadership experience.
