Yoga: A.M.

“This world is your body. This world is a great school. This world is your silent teacher.” -Swami Sivananda AM Hatha/Hatha flow This morning yoga class not only wakes up the physical body but will also start to open up the subtle intelligence in the body. The student will be introduced to basic breathing techniques, classic and nontraditional yoga postures and flow sequences. The body will be stretched, lubricated and strengthened as the mind will start to come to a more single pointed focus. By the end of class, the student will feel alert, calm and ready for the day. This class is open to beginner and more experienced students as modifications and variations will be shown accordingly. Yoga mats are provided.
