Weight Room Confidence

The weight room can be overwhelming and intimidating. This inclusive beginner class will show you how to get familiar and comfortable with the weight room space so that you can get an uncomplicated but challenging resistance training workout. You'll learn how to use the weight machines and the dumbbells, and will practice one or two nutrition habits to support your workouts. In 6 weeks you'll not only be stronger: you'll be able to confidently walk into any weight room and get a great workout in with minimal equipment or time. Melissa will be there to support you, answer questions, and keep things fun as you flex your new muscles!
