Co-ED Fitness for Soccer Beginning
Students will have the opportunity to develop personal fitness levels for competitive and recreational soccer. Through weekly field-based training sessions, students will focus on developing and maintaining stamina, speed and agility for soccer while also developing individual ball handling skills. Students will also view instructional videos to support personal training and game strategies. All classes will be conducted with proper social distancing and sanitation of equipment. Open to students of all skill levels who want to enhance their enjoyment of the game.
