ABC's of Self Defense

Self defense is more than just punching and kicking--it starts with our mindset and our ability to set and maintain boundaries. This course focuses on situational awareness, assertive behavior, and defensive skills to provide a foundation that will help students to de-escalate confrontational situations if possible, and protect themselves if things become physical. This class is open to all experience levels, but focuses on providing a safe and welcoming environment for beginners.

Class Days: Fridays 4:40-6:40pm
