Possible sanctions for students
Sanctions are assigned when a finding of responsibility for a violation of the Discriminatory Harassment and Sexual Misconduct policy has been made. Interim steps may be taken before the final outcome of the case depending on evaluation of potential risk to individuals and the community. Sanctions may be appealed in accordance with the Judicial Board code. Possible sanctions are determined based on the individual facts and findings of each case.
