Daysha Montgomery '21
Off-Campus Federal Work Study (FWS) Coordinator
Daysha is a sophomore Classics major and the Off-Campus Federal Work Study Coordinator this year. She is eager to connect Reedies to the communities overshadowed by the gentrification that comes along with institutions like Reed. She believes that committing to service and networking with the greater Portland area should be an integral part of our education, and is super excited to facilitate those connections. She also has a kitten named Henny whom she would love to introduce to you.

Cheryl Fok '21
SEEDS @ Schools Coordinator
I'm Cheryl, one of this year's SEEDS @ Schools Coordinators! I'm an international student and sophomore from Hong Kong, so I'm super excited to get in touch with Portland's community and culture through SEEDS' work. My prior experience has been working with foreign domestic workers in Hong Kong, so I'm looking forward to participating in a whole new form of community engagement with new people! SEEDS stuff aside, I'm really just a nerd with a sweet tooth and the proud owner of a big fluffy Samoyed, so I'm always happy to talk about anything community-/food-/pet-related <3

Alystair Augustin '19

Kyla Hayworth '21
Reed Community Pantry Coordinator
Kyla is a sophomore psychology student from Austin, TX. They like laying in bed and petting their cat, Bean. Their other main hobbies are climbing, eating, and making eye contact with dogs (and not their owners). They're excited to help support their fellow low-SES Reedies and always open to feedback and suggestions.

Shisham Adhikari '20
Civic Engagement & Faculty Support Coordinator
My name is Shisham Adhikari. I am a sophomore Math-Econ major from Nepal. I love hanging out with people and laughing of course! Small things in life are what makes me genuinely happy, so my favorite things to do on campus are mid-night bike riding, sky-doodling, befriending dogs, meditating by the canyon and skipping around this beautiful campus. I am more than excited to be a part of SEEDS.

Lucy Xing '20
Program Development & Outreach Coordinator
Lucy Xing is an angry Chinese writer from the Bay Area who is interested in the formation of immigrant identities and diasporic intimacies. In any discipline, her work is dedicated to inciting conversations on new forms of creativity and identification in Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color alongside whiteness's evolving violences. She is currently lashing out in the English department.
