Application Process & Timeline
We know the job search process can be stressful, and are dedicated to maintaining communication and transparency with our candidates. We have included our tentative search timeline, but dates may shift slightly depending on candidate and current staff schedules.
|February 15: Priority application deadline and begin of candidate review|
|February 22-26: Phone screens|
|March 8-12: Zoom interviews|
|~March 24: Finalist interviews|

|TBD: On-campus apartment available for move-in|

We encourage all our candidates to familiarize themselves with this page, which provides a great overview of our process.
We recognize that different learning styles, communication preferences, and strengths can make interviewing stressful. We strive to see our candidates in different evaluative processes to make our picture of you as a candidate more complete. To help achieve this goal, we ask candidates who move past the phone screen to participate in two different interview activities. Both activities are samples of work Area Coordinators do on a regular basis, so it not only helps us see how you would fit into our department, but helps you see the type of work you would be doing at Reed.
