Clothing

Portland weather in summer varies from warm to hot, from the 70s (Fahrenheit) to the upper 90s (Fahrenheit). Except for July and August, there is plenty of drizzle; it’s very conducive to studying, with moderate temperatures and occasional snow.

Specific suggestions:

  • Flip-flops and a bathrobe or large towel for walking from your room to the shower
  • Waterproof shoes and coat with a hood
