Technical Support Resources
Computing & Information Services (CIS) has modified operations to support students, faculty, and staff during the pandemic.
- Help desk, hardware shop, and residence hall network support will be provided both in person and remotely through chat, email, video conference, and other means.
- In-person computer labs will be available as health and safety measures allow. Software that is customarily available in labs will also be made available through virtual computer labs.
- Audiovisual services will focus on classroom support (nonacademic AV needs will be outsourced as necessary).

Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff who need a computer or iPad to support their college work may make a computer equipment request. Faculty and staff can also purchase personal computers and accessories at educational prices.
