Hours: 1 pm to 5 pm Monday, Wednesday, 10:30 am - 5 pm Tuesday, Thursday and 10 am - 5 pm Friday

What I Do:

  • Maintain and monitor the department’s portfolio of projects including budgets and expenditures
  • Manage and organize hardware and software contracts and coordinate payments
  • Manage department budget and monitor contracts with outside vendors
  • Prepare and distribute various budget related reports on weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc basis
  • Provide project management coordination and tracking for interdepartmental projects for department directors
  • Consult administrative departmental staff to gather information including follow up responsibilities for timely completion of tasks
  • Deploy, develop and maintain project management software product to assist in project coordination efforts for all divisions of department
  • Provide monthly project status reports
  • Support project communications and schedule and use software to track projects, including producing reports for coordination and documentation
  • Assist in managing and and overseeing administrative operations of the office, including ordering technology related campus purchases, processing vendor and internal departmental invoices, reconciling department P-Cards and maintaining office inventory supplies
