Ontongeny
Ontogeny is a lesser question in the behavior as the females develop mostly normally with some more masculine brain chemistry thrown in. This is to say there are not questions of environmental interaction while growing up in stimulating the behavior. It does however, help look at behavioral centers in the brain independent of sex as comparisons of parent species females can be made to C. uniparens.
