Gray Fund programming is back!
The Gray Fund is back with a set of COVID-safe, socially distanced, on-campus, and virtual events!
What is the Gray Fund?
The Gray Fund was founded by Betty Gray in 1992 to enrich students’ lives outside the classroom, bringing students, faculty, and staff together. The Gray Fund offers programs on and off campus to provide a variety of new experiences for the Reed community. All events are free of charge and are substance-free.
Coming up:
Friday, 9/18, 7 pm
Bingo Night
Come and play bingo for a chance to win prizes! Sign up here to receive an email with Zoom information.
Saturday, 9/26
Terrarium making
With supplies from Portland's own Roosevelt's Terrariums and their virtual instruction, you'll be able to make your own terrarium! Enter the lottery for a kit and spot for the virtual instruction here. Lottery to be drawn on 9/22.
Sunday, 9/27, 10am-1pm and 2-5pm
Tree climbing on campus @ Student Union
We've contracted a professional tree-climbing company to set up ropes and harnesses on one of really huge trees on campus, so we can let people climb up and hang out in the canopy! Come by the SU to meet fellow daredevils, tree huggers, and spend quality time with the squirrels!
Take-and-make craft kits will be available in limited supply every two weeks starting the week of September 21. Examples of kits include watercolor paints and blank postcards, picture frames and paint, coloring sheets and colored pencils. Keep an eye out on Instagram or on the Gray Fund calendar for announcements!
