Amy Schuckman Named Associate Dean of Student and Campus Life

Amy Schuckman has been named associate dean of student and campus life, a position created to improve the quality of life on campus for all students and provide support to students especially through their first four semesters. She is currently the assistant dean of residence life and has worked at Reed since 2007.

After a very competitive national search—with the input of students, staff, and faculty—Mike Brody, vice president for student life, was pleased to announce that Amy had accepted the offer and will begin her new role on November 4:

"During her time at Reed and throughout the interview process, Amy has demonstrated that she has the mindset, skills, and experience to help Student Life continue to move forward. I am deeply impressed by Amy's commitment to the success of her staff and all Reed students."

Congratulations to Amy!
