A total of 11 seats shall be reserved for student observers at each faculty meeting, excepting grade reviews. One of these seats shall be reserved for a Quest reporter. The remaining 10 seats are available on a first-come-first-served-basis (a sign up sheet is available in Eliot 312. The faculty reserves the right to move into closed session at any time by means of a vote of a majority of those members present.
