Campus Announcements

The end of the fiscal year is June 30. What this means for you:

·      All equipment, supplies, etc. that are to be booked in the current fiscal year need to be received on campus by June 30.

·      The final check run for fiscal year 2019 (2018-19) will be on Friday, July 19.

All disbursements to be paid on this final run need to be turned into the Business Office no later than noon on Wednesday, July 17. Please clearly notate on the disbursement form which fiscal year the expense belongs.

·      Cash deposits need to be recorded on or before June 30, we cannot back date cash.

Due to the holiday closure on July 4, the Business Office will only process one check run that week.

·      All disbursements need to be turned in by noon on Tuesday, July 2.

·      Checks will be processed on Wednesday, July 3.

·      The Business Office is closed on July 4 and will re-open again on Friday, July 5, at 8:30 am.

Celebrate the new fiscal year with the Business Office and ice cream!

·      The Business Office ice cream social will be held on: Monday, July 8, at 3 pm in the Eliot Lounge.

·      A dairy-free option will be available.
