You're invited to the Student Success Forum on September 10
The Ad Hoc Committee on Student Success (a group of students, staff, and faculty) was convened two years ago with the goal of improving the student experience at Reed. We have focused our efforts on developing a better understanding of what obstacles might impede student success, as well as identifying the resources that are most likely to help students attain their goals within and beyond the classroom.
We have gathered input from the Reed community, and as the Fall semester begins, we are hoping to engage more of you in the next phase of this important conversation, when we will begin to identify and implement initiatives to enhance student success. To that end, we are requesting that you attend an all-campus forum on Monday, September 10, noon - 1:30pm in Vollum Lounge.
During this session, members of the Student Success Committee will provide an update on our work. In addition, our consulting partners, Keeling and Associates, will share a summary of their work with Reed over the last year, and facilitate a discussion of the themes that have emerged.
