New management team at Bon Appetit

Over the summer there was a lot of movement in the Bon Appetit management staff. Jesse Fairman who has been at Reed for the past five years as the executive sous chef has been promoted to executive chef. Suzanne Scalfaro joined us from Lewis & Clark as the new executive sous chef. Also joining us from Lewis & Clark, Michael Bucuvalas is our new director of dining services. Finally, Matthew Talavera who was the executive chef for the past two years is now the general manager.
