Once again, the wellness committee invites you to lunchtime fitness classes! Online registration is now available. All staff, faculty and their partners are welcome.
When?
January 4 to May 15, 2016 (no classes are held when the college is closed)
Where?
All classes are held in the Sports Center.
Mondays @ noon in mat room - Pilates with Vicki Ratzlaff
Tuesdays @ noon in the mat room - Yoga with Devi Morris
Wednesdays @ noon in the mat room - Pilates with Vicki Ratzlaff
Thursdays @ noon in the dance studio - Yoga with Jennifer Sparano
Fridays @ noon in the dance studio - Zumba with Vicki Ratzlaff
How much?
Prices/Class numbers are reduced to reflect one week of free classes as part of the new Free Fitness February
8 Classes $48 ($6 per class)
17 Classes $93.50 ($5.50 per class)
34 Classes $170 ($5.00 per class)
51 Classes $229.50 ($4.50 per class)
68 Classes $272 ($4.00 per class)
Unlimited Classes (up to 84) $294 ($3.50 per class)

Send your check to Kat Gierek at the Cashier's window in the business office with the memo line “Wellness Committee: winter/spring fitness.” Please submit payment by January 8.
Receive your punch card via campus mail (if you request one), and mix and match classes throughout the semester
