International rising star and Portland native, A.J. Glueckert recently completed two years as an Adler Fellow at the San Francisco Opera and has been praised by the San Francisco Chronicle for his “superb soaring voice with polished high notes.” On the roster of Columbia Artists Management, Glueckert made his European debut in February at Oper Frankurt as the Prince in Rusalka, a role he first sang at the New Orleans Opera last fall. In March, he performed the role of Don Jose in Carmen with the Pittsburgh Opera at Carnegie Hall and will be performing with the San Francisco Opera for the remainder of 2015. Pianist Michael Barnes will accompany Glueckert’s vocal selections
