Math Conference: Equivariant and Motivic Homotopy Theory

Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, May 31, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
PAB
This event is open to the public.

Angélica Osorno and Kyle Ormsby are organizing a math conference hosted at Reed, May 30-31, and you're invited to attend!  Details are available at the conference website: http://people.reed.edu/~ormsbyk/eqmotconf2015/

The target audience for these talks will be researchers in the fields of equivariant and motivic homotopy theory, but there's a lot to gain from exposure to current research level math.  As such, we'd like to encourage anyone who is around Portland at the time of the conference to attend some or all of the talks.  Of particular interest may be the 9:30 am talk on May 30, in which Gunnar Carlsson (Stanford University) will give an introductory lecture.  There will also be ample time to meet and talk to close to 100 math grad students and professors from around the country.

For more information, contact Kyle Ormsby or visit:
