Commuting Survey: Please participate!

Faculty and Staff: Your participation is needed in a short, anonymous, online commuting survey. Every two years, we are required to submit to the DEQ information about how faculty and staff get to and from work in a typical week. We need 75 percent of faculty and staff to fill out the survey, so please take a minute—or less!—of your time to respond.

The survey itself is administered by TriMet. To take the survey:

1. Click on the following link to open up the survey webpage:
2. Enter the following login information exactly as shown (all entries are case sensitive):

3. Follow the instructions to fill out the survey, then click "Submit" once to complete.

The deadline for completing the survey is Friday, September 27, 2013.
