Shift: Move by Bike!

Sunday, May 18 the people of Shift gathered their trailers, cargo bikes, and racks and carried all of Emily's stuff from her old house at NE 19th and Wasco to her new place at NE MLK and Monroe.

Coffe and pastries were on hand at the start, everything was well organized, and we had capacity to spare. We moved it all in one trip! Even the giant desk proved to be less challenging than we thought it would be. Special thanks to Robert of the Magpie Messenger Collective for cargo bike and giant trailer heroism.
