intellectual materials produced during the project will be held individually
by the institution or jointly by two or more institutions responsible for
creating the materials.
Intellectual property, including software standards, product evaluations,
web page templates, digital materials, online tutorials, training methods,
cost analyses, and other documentation will be made available without
charge to a national audience of small colleges through the project web
site. Any materials used or adapted from this project will be required
to cite the WISP project and the participating institutions.
In the event that there is an interest to port, enhance, upgrade, or
document software or digital materials in a manner that exceeds the available
resources of the participating institutions, arrangements may be made,
with the prior knowledge and consent of the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation,
to transfer copyright from participating WISP institutions to a third
party.
