Map 9
 The area at the
center of this map is where an outdoor swimming pool stood for many years.
Following the removal of the pool in 2001, the college installed a fishladder
to restore fish passage to the lake. The area around the fishladder has
been revegetated with a variety of native plants and the canyon is being
restored to a more natural condition. The hawthorn by the physical plant
and the two birch trees in front of Griffin (at the NE corner) are the
only non-native trees on this map.
