Most meals are 6-10 courses; students must enter the announced lotteries to be eligible to attend. We've roasted whole pigs, made foam out of solids, fed stim table, and carbonated fruit because food is awesome. more info |

Accompanied by Mongolian barbecue, traditional Mongolian music, YURTS, and much more, we will gather to celebrate the influence of Mongolian culture on both Russia and China. | Cycling Team | Like watching people ride bikes in the tightest clothing ever made? (I know you do! I've seen your skinny jeans.) Like the idea of Reedies having some semblance of lung capacity? We will race anywhere from 0-3 times a week with no commitments, for the most part year round. We will also just go on a ton of fun group rides. No experience, bike, leg strength, or weakness required. more info |
| Dance Troupe | Dance Troupe is a student choreography and performance group. We are open to anyone who is interested in dance and/or choreography and by the end of semester we put together 2+ pieces to perform in the Winter Dance Concert. We are interested in making dance a more visible and accesible part of the Reed community by potentially putting on dance events around campus or taking students out to see some dance around Portland. more info |
| Darkroom in the GCC | This is the student-run darkroom on campus! You can process film and print all you like in here, chemicals and tools provided. It costs $5 per semester (yes, that's all), and a promise that you'll clean up after yourself. If you know what you're doing, feel free to start. If you would like to learn how to print black and white, let me know and we can set up a time to teach you! There will be cameras and film at your disposal (this is if we get the funding - if we can get enough money, you'll have all the film and paper and fun cameras you can imagine, which would be way cool cause we're students and old school photography is hella expensive) to mess around with. Look forward to seeing you there!!! more info |
| Dead Beat Poet Society | Weekly Poetry/Open Mic Night for Reedies to express themselves to their peers through poetry, song, improv, what have you. Material may be original or not. Attendance is open to all who want to be there, not just those who choose to perform, although everyone is welcome and encouraged to share. The sign-up is first come first serve for two halves, with a short intermission and a second sign up before Act II. more info |
