After graduating from the 2004 Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training I moved to Portland where I have been teaching ever since. I presently teach for The Oregon Zoo staff, The Bhaktishop and The People's Yoga. Most of my time is spent with the wonderful people at REED COLLEGE where I hold Yoga classes for the Faculty and Staff, Maintenance Dept., Grounds Crew, Custodial Staff, students and a gentle chair yoga class for Reed Alumni and Friends.
