Weight Training

The weight training courses at Reed are designed to make students
familiar with the entire weight room so that each student can use all
types of weights safely and efficiently in order to achieve individual
goals. Throughout the quarter, we will also discuss important topics
such as nutrition, varying our workouts, and trends in weight
training.

*Please note that weight training courses are no longer offered in an
"independent study" format; attendance is mandatory.
