Lower Body Abs
This class consists of movements designed to improve the muscualr strength and endurance of your lower body and core (abs and back). A variety of formats and equipment will be used. Lower body abs focuses on core conditioning, but is an full-body conditioning class.  The class is open to everyone; experience or novice exercises.


No special equipment is necessary, but athletic-type shoes are mandatory since we will sometimes be jumping.
