Kundalini Yoga

In Kundalini Yoga class, we mix asoma (exercise postures) with pramayam (different sorts of breathing), and mantral (repetition of sacred words or phrases). We end the class with meditation and relaxation.

Please wear comfortable clothes which will allow you to stretch. Don't eat for 2.5 hours before the beginning of class.
