Autumn Wheeler '18
Marketing Coordinator
Born in Northern California, Autumn is a senior theatre major at Reed. She is excited to work as the SEEDS administrative and marketing intern because she is passionate about community engagement and wants to burst the Reed bubble and inspire students to get involved off campus. She is committed to social activism and has particular experience with issues relating to queer and disability justice. After graduating from Reed this spring she hopes to pursue her love for circus arts and train to perform in a contemporary circus!

Alyse Cronk '20
Weekend Community Engagement Coordinator
Alyse is a second-year Economics Major from Southern California, and is beyond excited to be a part of the SEEDs team. With experience in sexual assault advocacy and community based organizing, she is committed to helping facilitate an inclusive and accessible engagement experience to the Reed Community. Chat her up about her kittens (Mila & Georgia), her love of Brie cheese, or her thoughts on immigration reform and micro-finance.

Karina Aragon '18
Off-Campus Federal Work Study (FWS) Coordinator
Office hours: 1-1:30pm and Th 1-2pm in the student worker office upstairs.
Karina is a senior psychology major and the Off-Campus Federal Work Study Coordinator. She is excited to work for SEEDS because it takes discourse on social inequity to another level. It gives Reedies the opportunity to use the skills and knowledge we are privileged to garner to support community needs. Through SEEDS, students are able to directly have a positive impact on others and foster a lifelong commitment to public service and welfare.

Mitchell Linegar '18
Lane Classroom Support Program Coordinator
Mitchell is a senior math/economics major from Portland, OR. He is excited to continue working with SEEDS@Lane, and for the chance to give back to PPS and the Portland community as a whole. Mitchell is passionate about education, and looks forward to facilitating his fellow Reedies’ integration into their local community.

Roselyn Tovar '18
Food Justice Coordinator
Roselyn is senior biology major from Los Angeles. Over the summer, she worked on developing the Reed Community Pantry. She continues to work on the pantry and on addressing food insecurity in our community as the SEEDS Food Security Initiative Coordinator. She cares about fostering a welcoming and sustainable safe space through the Reed Community Pantry. She likes geography and using historical city maps to discuss social issues like gentrification. Roselyn loves brie cheese, avocados, and pupusas. She hopes to improve the dialogue and discussion surrounding social status and class in the Reed Community.
Alystair Augustin '19
Community Pantry Coordinator
Alystair is a junior anthro major from New Jersey. They have a cat and are very gay. Alystair loves cooking and eating spicy food. They're excited to make the community pantry as welcoming and accessible a space as possible.

Rubi Vergara-Grindell '19
Outreach & Program Development Coordinator
Rubi is a third-year Religion major at Reed. As she is continuously trying to integrate community engagement and social justice activism into her own life, Rubi is excited to help do the same in the Reed community through her position as Outreach and Program Development Coordinator. The daughter of a Mexican father and American mother, Rubi is especially passionate about immigration justice. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Her favorite place to be is the Oregon rainforest.

Sophia DeVita '20
Administrative & Campus Events Coordinator
Sophia, born and raised in rural Wisconsin, has been involved with community engagement through her family her whole life. After spending a year at Reed adjusting to the new life here she decided to get involved with the SEEDS in hopes of reconnecting with herself and getting involved with her community at Reed and in the greater Portland area. Sophia is a sophomore prospective religion or anthropology major (who knows!).

Maya Arigala '20
Civic Engagement Coordinator
Maya is a sophomore English major from a small town in Washington. She has always been passionate about civic engagement, and has mostly channeled this interest through involvement in local politics close to home. She hopes to use this passion to help Reedies navigate the political scene in Portland, and to shed light on critical but under-discussed issues in the local community.
