have made outstanding contributions to the college in 2004 through their volunteer efforts
in the offices of alumni relations, career services, admission, and development. Alumni and
non-alumni community volunteers are also eligible for the outstanding volunteer award, which
honors those who give to Reed through many different forms of volunteer generosity.
The deadline for submissions is April 1. Submit nominations in writing to

Paperless initiative
Help us save a few trees as we shift to more electronic communications for announcing upcoming
events! There is not always time to produce a postcard for late-breaking activities in your
area, so please share your email address with us at alumni@reed.edu to ensure that you don't
miss any of these invitations. Do it for the trees, do it for your social calendar!

Online alumni directory
ReedLink, a password-protected website, is a collection of services
that allow alumni to stay in touch with each other and the college. The site lists class
notes, volunteer and job opportunities, and, of course, online contact information for
Reed alumni. ReedLink also contains class albums for reunion years so you can read about
your classmates well before your reunion. To register for ReedLink, go to https://iris.reed.edu.
New registrants will be asked to enter their Reed ID and birthdate, and create a password
to get started.
