HAS CONGRESS CHANGED
YOUR WILL?

Changes by Congress to the tax law may affect your estate and charitable giving plans. We encourage you to consult your legal and financial advisors to determine if you, your family, and your charitable giving to Reed College features current tax and financial benefits.

For complimentary 2004 estate and charitable planning guides, please call Becky Corcoran, Reed’s director of planned giving, at 503/788-6654, or send an email to becky.corcoran@reed.edu.

THIS FALL

October 15-17, 2004

westwind picture

The weekend retreat at Camp Westwind for alumni and their families, sponsored by the Portland alumni chapter, has become a popular annual event. This year we’ll be there October 15–17. Join alumni from a variety of eras and swap Old Reed stories and songs in a beautiful forested setting on the Oregon coast. Registration details have not yet been finalized, but if you are interested in attending please call the alumni office at 503/777-7589 or write to alumni@reed.edu. A limited number of reduced rate spaces are available for crew people, so if you’d like to help with cooking or cleaning, please let us know. View pictures of last year’s event.
