
Together, they have taught at Reed a total of 115
years. They have taught during political turmoil, financial ups and downs, and unprecedented
growth. John Pock, Charles Svitavsky, and Ottomar Rudolf, who are retiring this year, come from
different academic disciplines and philosophies, and they have experienced Reed in different ways. But they all are proud of the role they played
in making Reed one of the best liberal arts and
sciences colleges in the country.
