A dip into Reed's archives



Deep within the bowels of the library building, in aclimate-controlled room that feels almost crypt-like, lie the archives of Reed College. Visitation is by appointment only, and curiosity alone is not sufficient reason for access. Justifiably so, for many of the treasures preserved here are significant, and all have merit as chronicles of not only Reed's past, but of the history of the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
