This report describes
the Undergraduate Mentoring Program in the Department of Psychology
at Reed College during the 1999-2000 school year. Program
implementation as well as input from faculty, student mentors,
and students in Psychology courses are discussed. A review
of past and current research on college-level peer tutoring
programs provides a broader framework and rationale for the
program.
