Reed College's production of "Gorey Stories" combines comedy and the macabre, February 17-19
TITLE: Gorey Stories
WHAT: Senior Miranda King directs Gorey Stories , an ensemble piece adapted by Stephen Curren and based on 18 enigmatic works by the late author and illustrator Edward Gorey. Eccentric and darkly comedic, Gorey Stories is a masterfully morbid and hilarious portrayal of what happens when a dull society suddenly finds itself in the most bizarre situation, and has no choice but to take part in the fantastic.
