Hands Around is a wryly comic merry-go-round of promiscuity involving 10 scenes between interwoven couples engaged in games of romance, status, and chance. Although Schnitzler originally set the play in fin-de-siècle Vienna, Reeds production is set in New York City during the "roaring twenties." The play was popularized by Max Ophuls 1950s film La Ronde. The production features a set design by Reed senior Sarah Champ 03.
