Lecture: "Tropics of Youth: Colonial Modernity and the Case of the Missing Bildungsroman"


WHAT

Jed Esty, associate professor of English and of critical and interpretive theory at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and the author of A Shrinking Island: Modernism and National Culture in England (Princeton University Press, 2004), will give a lecture at Reed.

The lecture is sponsored by the Reed College Division of Literature and Languages.
